As a former Chief Delivery Officer, CMO, and VP of Solutions for Fortune 500 brands and high-velocity agencies, Tim has lived the "Founder’s Friction." He has scaled PMOs from scratch, driven $25M in annual growth for global brands like Mars, Lancôme, and Sony, and led teams through massive digital disruptions. But through those experiences, he discovered a deeper truth: A vision is only as strong as the execution bridge built to carry it.
